Finally I could use Darkoath flesh to something. I wasn't a fan of it, but with Agrax it seems like it is a quick way to paint dark skintone.

I found it was never dark enough or different enough from the other flesh tones. Happy with the results here, though. Thanks for watching!

Nice painting, Lee. I'm a big fan of the contrast route as I think it suits newer GW models well with that very high recess differential. Really good use of it here I think and a great platform to go for either a crisp cartoony look or gritty detail. Well done.

If you used guillamens flesh rather than darkoath what shade should be used to darken the skin?

I haven't tried it but I would try Agrax earthshade and see how that looks. Might be a bit dark, but worth a go

With the new release of nurgle codex. Should do some tutorials on how to paint them for example the new vanguard box models or any. I prefer these easy ones that battle ready then everyones 4,000 step painting tutorials
