how can I prep and paint true wicker that is really old and has a lot of flaking paint on it? and the strips of wicker curls are loosening up off the legs too. I love the old pieces but they are challenging. thank you for the tips here, it makes me want to attempt it!~

I love white wicker, and this looks so much better to me. Such a handy piece....I think it would hold my notebooks of patterns and ideas...in my craft area. It needs the most help! If I was still having babies I’d love this in the nursery.

The wicker tower you painted could be great in a bathroom for towels, bowls with little soaps and cotton balls in pretty jars, and cotton buds, they would be at hand as well for guest's. Your full of energy and life i've only just come across you, you'r fun. X

I love this piece. I have wicker baskets that I would love to paint. If I found a piece like this I would paint Paris gray and use in bathroom as a towel holder on the wall! Big family equals lots of towels 😆 Love it Sonia ❤️!!
