Checking out their menu I was pretty impressed. The fact that they have an appetizer that consists of nothing but a plate full of smoked meats won me over all by itself. I also like that all their prices are in whole dollar amounts,... I guess that was their answer to the coin shortage a few months ago? I live a couple hundred miles south east of that area, but the next time I am in the Dallas area I will try to remember them.

Great stuff, Randy! I need to explore pairing whiskey with more foods - especially steak. So far, I've only enjoyed chocolatey stuff with American whiskeys. It's hard for me to pair steak with anything other than red wine since it's such a familiar flavor combination that I look so forward to. Happy Easter!

@@BourbonRealTalk I totally agree with you but I think we need to take some of the viewership into context. I think if you're an eventual passer-by you only care about reviews and what's the newest, latest and hottest trend in bourbon. If you actually enjoy whiskey and aren't just around for the fad then these types of videos appeal to the likes of us. I find myself much more interested in your videos as well as Bourbon Pursuit and their roundtable discussions than I am with the more review oriented channels. If you want to see if my theory on this is correct post reviews and see how many views you get versus this type of content.
