Had to unpair old phone (galaxy S9+), scan with my new phone which is a galaxy S20FE. Then click V5200, and hit pair on the phone while I pushed pairing button on headset. Thank you for the quick, to the point, effective video!! Hope this thing works good. For over 100 bucks it should. Already had a friend tell me they couldn't hear me but I could hear him fine

I had a very old platronics 3200 and it would disconnect if i returned it to the case or took it off my ear. I am missing calls etc because the 5200 does not disconnect when i return it to the case or put it on the charger. Isn’t it supposed to sense off ear and allow my phone to ring if i don’t have the headset on?

thanks! the showing what exact button would start the red/blue blinking light was key. seems so basic but I hadn't tried that nor did 5 other videos show that ....many thanks from this visual learner who needs step by step visual (switched to new phone recently). here's to step by step. ;) (with a skip and sway and fall down and get up again along the way).

Hi Rishi, you should be able to mute calls when using an Iphone. Can you try downloading the Poly Hub, plugging the headset into the computer, updating it then checking each setting to make sure the mute feature is active?

My device is not going into the pairing mode. I opened it from the box and used the dongle on a desktop computer, it paired with it just like that, now I'm trying to pair with android phone, I followed the exact steps, it doesn't go into pairing mode at all, when I press and hold that call button, it just says not connected to a phone. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe try unplugging the dongle from the computer and try again. Also, keep holding the call button longer and see if any difference. If no luck I would request a replacement.

Need your help. I've had this headset for a while now and never had any problems. Recently, something happens with my connection in which my phone is no longer able to control the volume of the headset. The speaker of the headset begins to sound like I'm listening out of an AM radio station instead of high-definition and the battery drains really quickly instead of lasting all day. When I notice this happening, I turn off my headset and turn it back on so that the sound is clear once again and my phone able to control the volume. I thought my headset was broken so I bought another one but it's the same problem. For the record, I have a Plantronics 5200 Voyager on a Samsung Note 20. Never had this problem before on this phone. Updated software and still no solution. Any suggestions?

Hi Mahesh, to pair the headset to your computer, you would put the headset into pairing mode like this video. Once the headset is in pairing mode, put your computer Bluetooth into pairing mode. After about 5 seconds the two will sync together. That being said, we always recommend you use the BT600 adapter with this headset and any other Plantronics/Poly headsets when connecting to the computer. Hi Majid, you should be able to connect the headset to multiple cell phones and use one at a time, not both at the same time. Go through the pairing process you see on this video with the other device and double check for yourself if it will pair to another device (it should). The red button is for mute/unmute of your microphone.
