How to Pair Your Devices to Zwift

I’ve been trying to connect my Apple Watch for 3 hours. Why isn’t it working? It pairs and unpairs randomly when I do get it to work

I want to use Zwift, but it doesn’t work with Apple Watch. I have the Apple Watch Ultra, and Zwift won’t pair through the Zwift app or the Zwift companion app. If it can’t work with my Apple Watch, I’ll have to cancel after my free trial and use a different cycling app.

This is because Zwift is meant to be paired with sports watches, not smart watches.

Oddly, even though i have Bluetooth setup, it only works bridging through my phone. But, it does work that way so I would suggest you try it.

is it possible to connect the heart rate monitor from Apple watch but no other watches? like Huawei? is this a co branding thing?

Hi, I bought a Bluetooth spin bike, zwift & 2 other apps came recommend with it. I have signed up, logged in, sorted avatar out & paired bike with zwift. Got onto the road to start my work out, but my avatar just stays at the side of the road even though I'm peddling.. Top left of the screen shows my heart rate & peddling, but the power or Watt's is on zero.... Can you help me... Thanks..

This is not working. As of 11/6/2023. I’m up to date. But often have unplug and replug in just maybe get it to pair. As right now it’s been 10 min of pedaling and the computer version is not seeing it. My trainer is 5 feet away. No fans. Just a squirrel saying try waking devices and I’m doing that. My whoo ticker is going and the thing isn’t being picked up. Very disappointing
