This is a nightmare. This machine destroyed my $4000 bike so I bought this Zwift ride. The video offers no detail on the converts. My bike collapsed as I was riding it. Beyond dangerous. This video says I need an orange cog. I just bought a new machine and it didn’t include that. This is really absurd.

Zwift cog and click suck. They do not connect and I am getting no where with zwift helping me. Very disappointed.

The Zwift Ready Compatibility is really confusing. I have today a KICKR CORE with Cassette "If purchasing a Zwift Cog & Click Upgrade Kit, we recommend the Zwift Cog with multi-trainer freehub." Isn't my existing shimano freehub compatible? Looks so according to the video.

Hello, I have a Canyon CF SLX and it has a threaded thru axle, I can't insert it through the Zwift, I can unscrew the adapter on the side with the cassette, but not on the other side. How can I solve the problem? Thanks Ralph

Before you buy a Zwift Ride (or anything from Zwift), you need to understand that you will be setting it up without any help. I purchase one and it arrived 3 days ago. When I unboxed everything, I found that I needed the thru axle adapters. I purchased a Zwift Hub One in February and for the life of me, I couldn't find the the adapters. So I tried to contact someone and it impossible. No phone number. NO SUPPORT. And the bot is a infuriating joke ... welcome to AI. I emailed them but I have not received an answer. The adapters were shipped later yesterday so I'm waiting for them now. And yes it was over Thanksgiving so I will give them that. But what I'm telling you is that you will get ZERO support if you have a problem. Everything pushes you to the KZbin. If it wasn't such a pain, I'd box it all up and return both the Ride and the trainer. Knowing what I know now, I would not have purchased from Zwift. I spent $40 for the adapter kit and God willing that is the last thing I will purchase from Zwift. Understand, Zwift is a platform. They make their money off the platform and the selling equipment is a side hustle. Good Luck!

How is it broadcasting for races on a digital platform cant have splits shown so we can see the gaps as they are...instantly. Broascasters should be able to swap to each persons camera any time they want too. Given this is really boring when you aren't racing but spectating. Then you have things like being able to look or know how long each person has been pacing as a % or minutes....ie stats. Treating it like a real race is daft. Zwift is bad enough riding in a virtual world...watching virtual riders? I want to see the people themselves. This overview is nice in real life because it's the real world with real places that are beautiful...not eh..zwift environment. How people watch this I don't get but good luck to you.

I don't get why there is a "multi user seatpost" in the zwift shop? In this video, it doesn't seem that time consuming or complicated to dial in the height of the seat. But in the product description of the multi user seatpost it says "perfect for households with multiple riders sharing a Zwift Ride, this seat support allows each rider to change the entire seat support without the hassle of constant adjustments". So actually they admit, it is a "hassle" to make adjustments an not that convenient as shown in this video?! I'm confused...

I ❤ zwift :) got me to complete a full Ironman, now I can’t stay away from the bike.

I rode Jarvis last night on the Deco Dash and that climb ten times over trying to get a better time every time is exhausting!!!! but a lot of fun riding with close a thousand riders!

Screw all the politics, war and other headlines, this is the only one that matters! Awesome to see it back! Will proudly be riding the loop with my Zwift Beta testing jersey! Can't wait to log in later to go and explore and reminisce about the old blue ghost riders.

Had to check my Strava activity. Found my first ride on Jarvis 2/13/15. Can’t wait to ride it again tomorrow.
