Hello could you help me I have a fiat 500 2009 and I’m really struggling …. I can connect my phone and my contacts but it kicks me out every time I turn engine off and on again I have to do pairing every time is this normal ? And I can’t get my music to connect from my iPhone where and I going wrong plz any help would be grateful as I have been trying to do this for months and don’t even mention the satnav with Blue and me ….

Have you tried asking a Fiat dealer if there is a software upgrade for the cars systems? If not then remove the red lead from the cars battery for an hour then reconnect and try doing exactly that you have told me above. Sometimes with Fiats it’s a simple thing of disconnecting the battery lead.

Mia Taylor Search for the media settings then it should pick up the phones media and play. Or connect with a usb cable and play.

@@helena3630 the video must be over 5 years old now so a long time back. If you have followed the help I gave in the video then take it to a workshop or if you know another owner ask them.

Not unless you buy a separate Bluetooth device. So not using the built in car system.

Do you have the digital screen as the video? Regardless you need to find settings to be able to pair the phone. Engine running with the handbrake on.

The right side buttons the one with the phone on bottom right. I think I was referring ok to instructions displaying on the screen. The video is 6 plus years old now.
