Hi when i close the needle holder it opens up and goes flying lol even with no needle in it. Bad quality? I got this from my suture kit when i was tranning suturing.

@Yousef A S Try closing it more perpendicular, if it keeps doing the same thing then it is probably bad quality as you mentioned

Im sorry, doc. I want to ask. My proximal phalanges 4 have feeling pain when using palm grip. Is it something wrong with my technique?

If you are new to this technique, it is okay if your fingers hurt you can pause and go back whenever you alright. It is because your fingers not used to those moves and you will get used to it with time. I experienced the same problems at the start but now I don't have it.
