Took it today and passed all 4 permit tests needed which are Texas commercial rules, general knowledge, combination, and air brakes. All I used is DMV Genie app and I paid the 14.99 for the premium version. Didn’t even read the manual.

The procedure has changed since that video. You will get your permit and endorsements in Texas and it’s a multiple choice test on a computer.

You do not get paid for Orientation, but during PSD they offer you $200 a week for food. Then after you pass your CDL test you start making $700 a week and then after 6-8 weeks of TNT then you start making some really good money.

I applied 3 weeks before I wanted to attend. Prime has capped their weekly classes at 55. You can expect 2 to 3 weeks once the recruiter gets the ball rolling for you. Are you looking to attend Prime?

The tests are almost verbatim. General knowledge is the largest one with 50 questions and you can miss up to ten. Use that skip button if your not totally positive on the answer.
