I'm kind of spacing out between re-taking Dion's exams before my scheduled 1101 exam next Friday. (Just to be sure I'm not retaking based off straight memorization and reading each question thoroughly to understand the concepts). If I'm consistently scoring >>> 90% do you have anything else you'd recommend supplementing just to be additionally prepared? I hear a lot of people say there are a lot of printer questions which I've been watching a lot of vids for to make sure I'm solid. (Laser printers hurt my head lol). While studying, I also physically wrote out notes for concepts I struggled to remember while taking Dion's exams because I know I retain and can recall information more easily if I write it physically with pen and paper.

Sounds like you have a great plan. With me responding this late, I surely hope you passed the exam. I would say getting 90% or higher consistently is good enough to move forward with the exam.

@@Jordan-ff6mc sorry for taking so long to respond. Quizlet is a good resource for having notes but not taking them. There are plenty of quizlet flash card sets available for the A+. It'll save you a lot of time.

What about the book CompTIA A+ Certification All-in-One Exam Guide, Eleventh Edition (Exams 220-1101 & 220-1102) (The CompTIA A+ Certification All-In-One Exam Guides) does that help?

Yes, that is a great resource. I personally used the Exam objectives and then followed professor Messer Videos and Mike Meyers on Udemy. If unable to purchase udemy then I would just use professor Messer.

I passed this cert about a year ago. I'm getting back to content, and what better way to start? Yes, I work as a junior sys admin. SO I'll be doing some videos on things I do at work. What is a realistic time table to learn all the material and pass the exam?

One Month for both test if you can put a lot of times towards it. If not, I would say 1 month per each test at the longest. It seems like alot of material but when you get started, it really isn't that bad.

Don't be nervous. The exam is very very similar to the practice exams. Keep doing the practice exams and then take it. You won't fail!

Passed both 1101 and 1102. I think if u could get 70 plus on the practice example u should be good. IMO Jason dion practice exam are a lot harder than the test which is a good thing. Good luck! Hope u pass!

Haven't looked at that material. I would say just use professor Messer and CompTIA exam objectives and you'll be fine.
