I see in those videos that the passing goes with hand movement. but my coach told me that passing should be mostly from legs, and hands have to be more or less in the same position. but from legs squatting you gain the nice passes and set. (English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes). what is the correct form?

In reality it's a combination of both. Old school passing technique is more leg focused, but if you watch current day indoor liberos they focus more heavily on arms to get balls up. Something to remember that bumping and passing is a very broad skill from digging spikes, float serve receive, freeball, and bump setting. What's good for float serve receive isn't exactly what will be good for digging. I'm a coach for an indoor club and for free ball and easy passing, use your arms more. Float serve receive you should focus more on your legs and let your platform and shoulder angle determine the power and heigt of your pass. Float serves move a lot so adding extra movement in your platform to add power will lower your consistency. Beach has a lot of tips and roll shots so you need to be able to add power to the ball to give your partner time to get under it off the block. You see this early in the video they use a J stroke, breaking their platform at their elbows to make sure they don't overpass. Bump setting for beach and indoor its a combo of both arms and legs. Squatting through your bump set controls your power, and you lift your platform through the ball for accuracy. The longer your contact time with your platform the more accurate your bump set will be.

In beach volleyball, a lot of high-level players mostly pass with platform, but as you can see their legs are in an athletic position they're not just standing up. It's a combination of both motion that helps pass a perfect ball!
