The most important thing is money. U don't give them money(through agent) they will make excuses like bring documents of vehicles (which is not written anywhere), not talk to you respectfully. The inspector will just see if it's signed by agent then you will definitely pass the test. The online application bullshit is only online. Not on ground. Organised corruption.
