Put yourself first.. you get no thanks for the pound of flesh given, no one else will treat your interests as a priority so make sure you do! A difficult thing to learn particularly for younger grads out of uni.

Hi Paul. I’m enjoying the videos. I subscribed already and commenting for the algo. I’ve passed my accounting and in the process of doing assurance. I’m hoping to do tax as well and in a position to do two professional exams (probably AA and FAAR) with some revision before starting at a big4 this September.

Hey dude same do u have a training contract or studying independently? I’m doing assurance right now passed accounting last week

@@ooHashim well done on passing accounting! I’ve accepted an offer of a training agreement which is due to start in September. Just waiting for the employment stuff to go through then I’ll relax a little bit. I’m also studying assurance as well. I passed accounting in October 2020. Then applying for schemes and personal stuff took over until a few weeks ago. I’ve been independent student since July 2020 I think. I’ve paid for this year as well so I thought I might as well knock off a few more exams.

@@IncredibleMet Lovely i will start in September as well! We are you located? How are you going to prepare to all this?
@IncredibleMet3 жыл бұрын
@@stanislavadam102 I’m in London. I’ve bought the study manuals and question banks and third party summaries for assurance. For accounting, I took a prerecorded video course. Easier to learn when someone is talking through the concepts.

How quickly after attempting a question that you found difficult would you look at the Mark scheme?

Hey Paul, you mention a six week time before the exam, is that time frame limited for 1 exam only or 2-3 combined?
@PaulHarrisYoutube3 жыл бұрын
They do it in batches. So you learn 3 topics at once, then you have 6 weeks till you sit 3 exams

Always remember your video when you said someone would ask you at 11pm “where do you think you’re going...?” And you’d say “well where do you think I’m going” 😅
