Hi James. I sat my SBL in March before finding your channel and I struggled massively, failing with 38%. I looked for a new approach and found your channel. I re-sat in June and have just received my results, a pass with 67% a PB! Hi James, I am confused in how to apply the agency theory to PVS please could you provide provide some insight on the layout of an answer and key areas to include. I understand the principals are the board of directors - the 8 executive directors and agents are the employees that carry out the day to day activities. What areas need to be included if a question came up?

I've got a question please.. in the pre seen it is said that business mgt software used by PVS and schedule consultation is an off-the shelf package. Please what does that mean?

it means that an already made software was implemented by pvs,(off the shelf meaning for example buying a cereal from the store) which means it is not customised for pvs specifically and it also hasn't been updated or changed for the last 8 years so it is technologically outdated
