I have a question regarding the question about dopamine and administering peripherally. So I just want to clarify since it's a vesicant we would PREFER central line but since it's an emergency we should administer peripherally in this situation?

The moment I found and watched his videos is the time I was encouraged to take the nclex.The generosity in sharing of this professor regarding his knowledge and skills is huge and insurmountable,hands down prof! May God continue to bless you and your family tree so you may pursue your call in helping a lot of struggling nurses in the world!

I watched this video the day before my nclex. Im not giving this video all the credit but this channel sets realistic expectations, he explains the rationales n it teaches you how to answer the questions and analyze whats being ask. Dnt go in expecting 75qs and take your time. i passed w 75qs and the survey at the end is TOTALLY optional. BOTTOM LEFT HAND CORNER FOR THE END EXAM BUTTON FOR THE SURVEY. SAVING SOMEONE LOL

A very good presentation, with a lot of information, and teachings on how to analyze a scenario. It enhances our ability to develop and improve our critical thinking ability due to the Professor's strategy and his knowledge in teaching us how to pass the Nclex. He is very resourceful and very alive that no one will fall asleep during his presentations. He makes it more interesting because everything he talks about is vital for us to remember and learn. Way to go professor! God bless you!

So I got a little problem here, specifically in the question of the dopamine and lidocaine. You said before if is not select all that apply, when there are two similar answer and one opposite, the opposite is the correct answer. Here the new IV line and the new central line are similar and the piggyback is the opposite but the correct answer was one of the similar.
@mercyguelos8494 Жыл бұрын
And also all inotrops should be administer thru central lines not IV lines as practice
