I had taken NCLEX RN twice and failed. I was so scared and not confident about taking the exam for a third time. A friend told me about NCLEX Crusade International and I did the Free 7 day Step by Step program and OMG... from then on my Archer Scores and ATI Scores started to improve by a lot!!! I was originally scheduled to take my exam on July 29 (today), but since I was doing so good I moved it up to July 21 ... and I PASSED in 75 questions. Something about this man made everything click and I learned how to answer questions even if I wasn't familiar with the content. Don't get me wrong you still need to know content but he teaches you how to look at a question and not let it intimidate you. Please follow him and make a donation he is awesome!!

I didn’t know how and when to start studying for my NCLEX which was scheduled for Feb 3, decided to work as a Nurse’s Assistant to be familiarized with the hospital setting because I worked in Public Health in the Philippines. I saw this video, watched it… then I took a 5 day leave at work before the exam… subscribed to Uworld and tried to answer 145 questions with in that 5 days (57 percent average). Took my exam, I spent probably 1 min and 30 secs to analyze each question… and I reached 75, didn’t stop and I didn’t lose my focus, questions are getting harder and harder… I couldn’t even remember any of it, finished 145 questions, ended the survey question cuz I don’t wanna see it cuz I don’t wanna take the NCLEX again… waited for 48 hrs, didn’t try the pearson vue trick cuz it will make me more anxious! At work, I checked the result… Tadaaaaa I passed! This video is very helpful… Thank you very much NCLEX Crusade International!

1. Who: Adult Client 2. Problem: Intradermal Injection Reaction 3. Key Words: Allergen, Reports, SOB, Dizziness, FIrst 4. Objective Information 5. Implement First = Priority Question Priority Question: I will use "Assess/Implementation" along with "Psychosocial; Physiological" ABC if needed. The reason is: 1. Start O2 @ 6L/min - This is true and can be done, but the "real problem has been created by the "Injection given" because the reaction started a few minutes after it was given." We need to "stop" the reaction immediately then apply O2 - ABC - This is Breathing per Maslows. 2. Obtain IV access (Does not make sense to me "large-bore.") 3. Immediately administer epi (This makes sense to me, to "reverse" the effects created by the "Allergen" Injected ABC - This is Airway per Maslows. 4. Administer albuterol (The clt is having an Emergency reaction from an Injection. Albuterol will not help this reaction.) ABC - This is Breathing per Maslows. My answer would be #3 -- Administer a round of EPI Stat!
