In studying for the RHIA exam using the current RHIA exam prep book, AHIMA has changed the study format. The change occurred this year effective June 2023. Prior to the new format, i would study for 1hr and select 15 questions from the domain. The system would randomly generate those questions. The current domain prep has a set 100 questions for each domain and ALL questions must now be answered.
