Shortage of nurses: currently the Uk is experiencing nursing shortages in both the NHS and the private sectors, link it to increase in the rise of the Old population, also include although the government is trying their best by doing lots of international recruitment of nurses but still there is still a gap to be filled Burnout and workplace stress: Nursing is a tedious and tasking job and a lot of people are not prepared of the challenge ahead of them and the did not consider the impact it could have both on their physical and their mental health. so it is important for nurses to care for their mental health and do things that makes them relieve stress which will eventually improve their wellbeing. majority of the questions came from the video I was given to watch.. Just as she rasidah have advised. The 6Cs, the Nhs values . And current health issues in the uk.
