How to Patch a Hilleberg (Sil-Nylon) Tent

@@JoshuaJohnsonOutdoors I stopped using tents years ago. I found them too be too cumbersome for what I do so I started making my own gear. I also don't overnight as much as I used to.

Great timing, I've just bought exact same patch for a nordisk telemark. Thanks and glad to see it's still going strong 2 years on...

Are there any particularly effective cleaning suggestions for the fabric before applying the patches? I have used alcohol wipes before but don't know if that is the proper approach.

Hello 1DrBar, to be honest, all I've ever used is a bit of dilute soap and water, and for me - the patches have held up really well. I imagine alcohol wipes would be helpful too though.
