How To Patch a Hole on a Shipping Container/Sea Can!

We have a container with a hole in the side of it and we need to patch it up!
We've got some pretty cool patches to show you guys and if you got a tiny little hole in your Sea Can, these things are the perfect fix! They conform to irregular surfaces and they dry within five minutes with UV light and harden just like fiberglass!

Never tried. If you can, it's probably because of the lack of surface preparation. They work pretty good

I have a container I am considering building out for a guest house. It is at my warehouse so I was planning on building it out there then shipping out to my property. I know people do this all the time, but my question is about the drywall. Can I tape, float, texture and paint before I deliver it? Or will shipping bust out all the joints?

Vertical seams in the walls and horizontal seams in the ceiling are fine. All the corners will crack. Use trim (crown mold & corner trim) in those areas. Also, we found spray foam insulation holds it all together WAY better (less cracks) than non-insulated or batt insulation.

But does it hold up (better than a weld) when the container wall is flexed?

Containers aren't designed to "flex".. Fibreglass is much more malleable than steel so I wouldn't be worried. These patches are meant to waterproof small holes that aren't compromising the container's structure. We are not trying to achieve strengths "better than a weld" but in some instances, a weld may crack when the fibreglass won't. So to answer your question - maybe...
