How To Pay Off Your MORTGAGE QUICKLY Using Your Own House

In this video I share how to use your house to pay off the mortgage that is on the house. By investing in real estate and using the equity in your property you can leverage a solution to not just get rid of your mortgage but also to earn millions of dollars and achieve financial freedom. This solutions will result in the acquisition of real estate and using debt to make money. Your assets will actually pay for your liability.
Note that the experience I share in this video to articulate this example, parts of it are hypothetical. This was done to provide additional options that did not exist at the time.

I am the newest Rockstar and what you are saying makes a lot of sense especially if the property is in a highly sought after neighborhood. People need to understand that if you buy into a new development early it can work as the price escalates usually within two years or so two times

Hey Odetta ! Being that real estate is constantly appreciating , what advice would you give someone who is looking to purchase properties?

Hey Tonian - Please note that I am not a financial advisor so what I share is what we do. Please talk to a financial advisor before you act. That said, for me real estate is one of the most secure ways to invest. We have never owned a property that didn't appreciate significantly in value. That said it is not liquid so I say invest money you can do without. We are mindful of where we buy as some areas don't appreciate as much. New developments are ideal as you get them at a good price. Also, when we use loans we negotiate the lowest interest rates with the banks and get all fees waived. We also monitor the property value and the market to know when to sell. Hope this helps. Great question. I can see why you would miss this based on how I presented it. The loan for the equity was used to purchase property number 2. When we collected the rent from property 2 of $1,100 we paid that loan for $700 monthly from it. Hope this helps.
