I use L3 to edit and R3 to jump O to switch mode R1 to select edit and R2 to confirm I’m used to it very I can kill quite a lot of people however I’m not amazing amazing I feel sloppy with my game I don’t wana play claw but I just wana know if two paddles are the back are acc good or not, idk what to do

I’ve stayed the same skill level at editing for a while just because of the controller. I’m not terrible, I can kill my friends that are on PC, but I also wouldn’t call myself amazing. I do use the left joystick for editing mode but I’ve been back and fourth on my sensitivity and how I like it. Editing is slowly getting better but still not the best. The paddles on the back of a controller help a ton tho

The problem with most edit courses is the builds are already built, however they will not be like that in a real game

Edits are not always recommended for l3 for me. Honestly if you play claw at any cost don’t use l3. For me it puts the strain on your hand if you edit fast. I personally use X/square to edit because they don’t strain and easy to press. All my opinion though

It’s way better to use L3 as switch mode. It’s very easily accessed and you won’t be spamming it, it’d be best not to waste such a good button by unbinding it.

Ping is the only answer u can only get as good as ping let’s u be. Console controller player with high ping against kbm with the insta resets, less input delay and more frames it’s nearly impossible like 8/10 chance u get bodied

not true at all smart one....if u LISTENED to the video he made it CLEAR using something like O or B to edit on controller if your NOT using claw is doomed for failure back then it was ok but with paddles and claw being popular now your at a LARGE disadvantage when it comes to speed and movement. its either adapt or fall behind sometimes u gotta realize when YOUR way of things just isnt the right way anymore

use creative to practice BUILDING with the new bind then after your able to do 90s etc hop in the edit course and practice edits then lastly start 1v1ing with your new binds someone around your level that wont sweat on u every round so u can get the feel of memorizing the binds with pressure on u
