Great video. My wife and I have made calenders the last two years of cat images we take on our travels. The 2024 calendar was Andalucian cats (Granada , Cordoba, Sevilla) and our current calendar was images from Sicily (Fall of 2024). It's a way we can remember our trip and get to interact sometimes with very loving kitties 😸! Not sure what we will do for our 2026 calendar as we have no trips to Europe planned. Istanbul sounds like it may be of interest though!!

I really enjoyed that you didn't say you wished the M11M had a "flip screen" while crouching down to photograph the cats. How much motion can the M11M endure with the electronic shutter before distorting?

I know what the camera is doing without needing a flip out screen so I’ve never worried about them! It’s best to photograph stationary subjects with electronic shutters.

Are you mostly focusing by knowing distance by sight as opposed to using the rangefinder? I would think using the rangefinder would be impossible at the low angles at which you're shooting. Maybe you focus with the rangefinder at a higher angle and then move along a sphere of equidistance?

Hi all, if you’re interested please donate to the cat rescue groups in Oman, etc (all of Middle East). Basically the cats are in a bad way! There’s no rspca there. Only volunteers. People move there in business, get a cat and then just leave them. It’s so sad!! Please take a moment to look into it. ❤. Thank you xx
