Coming from a household with almost no female's, nobody really learned me how to maintain my face, body, hair etc. Just did the basic things. And always wondered why other girls had smoother skin, greater hair etc. I've learned from this video that it's really routine and consistency that can make a difference in appearance. I really want to thank you for sharing your tips and not gatekeeping.

Good advice. It's really hard to implement when you're depressed or have other mental illness, though. My only criticism is using lash serums containing prostaglandins. They actually damage your eyes! I watched a whole interview that The Budget Dermatologist did with an opthamologist on lash serums. Even so, I was using one without, a supposed non offensive one, and I got dermatitis from it haha. I don't have much luck with beauty things...

A tip on fragrances!! For perfume fragrances, ALWAYS sprits on your skin in the heat spots (behind your ears, on your wrists, your belly/sternum area, & behind your knees) This will essentially activate the fragrance making the smell stronger! However DONT RUB it in your skin as that will cause the scent to not be as potent. Never spray perfume on your clothes either! Also, NEVER SPRAY MISTS such as Bath & Body Works on your skin, those are so horrible for your skin!! If you are to use a mist, those are good to spray on your clothes in mesh with your perfume fragrances. You can always use a mist with the same base as your perfume to give both a stronger effect. So for example, if you’re using a perfume with a vanilla scent base, you can also use a mist with the same base (: I hope you find this helpful!!

This is going to sound a bit cheesy but my first phase of my glow up was cutting out the toxic people who I believed that were my friends. Anytime I changed my hair, dressing nicely or being in a good mood a few friends would say 'why are you dressing like that, your asking for attention' or 'that top makes you look pregnant' or 'you won't be able to finish your night course because you are not that smart' I tried to push the comments off but it kinda hurted at the same time. I love your tips and you are absolutely gorgeous.
