I love your simple explanations. Tried this one out on AMC at Feb the 10th 2022, around 11:!5. Didnt work perfectly but it took at least a nice ride downwards. Think the halt wasn't perfect. Still it was 1,4 % profit. Not that bad. Next time it will do better :-).

I always look for an overall larger pattern....In this case, it is a reverse Head and Shoulders with the lowest level of the hammers wick as the head.

On the LCID trade where You found the bottom and got in after it crossed the 20 period moving average would that not have been a risky trade as I've watched previous videos of yours where You talk about the 50% of a powerful move down and You had that on that trade so wouldn't of been much space for a trade as the entry wasnt too far from the 50% of the powerful move down?

At the 20 sea halt, THERE IS A REVERSE HEAD AND SHOULDERS...the head is the tail bar aka hammer......Importantly, the right shoulders exhibits a double failure at the right shoulder and a double failure at the second red bar within that right shoulder....Al Brooks book emphasized its importance....Al Brooks books are excellent and Al is a solid trader, but OLIVER IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER LEARNED UNDER....HIS system is superior to Al Brooks.

See the hammer at the very bottom of the down trend? That was a third leg and you can visually see the momentum has dropped on the third leg. BTW, I call that set up, a trilogy...three bars, all with rejected wicks beneath them Three times the mkt rejected prices beneath them especially the hammers wick. Importantly, the length of the hammers wick. screams strong rejection and probably on a higher time frame. Finally, that large red bar is an exhaustion bar with no follow through. The hammer is not a follow through red bar.
