I have a Fujin V3 and the actuator set for it. (Smallest 14.5, original 14.9~15.1, Largest 15.5) I've been using the standard actuator for all this time until I heard that small actuators are for Mishimas. I used the 14.5 for the very first time and it is phenomenal, man. Haha, thanks again for the info. Just wanted to show my appreciation.

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO! I'm a pad/keyboard beginner tekken player and I just bought my first arcade stick. It's a Hori RAP N and has hayabusa lever. I'm not used to the whole arcade stick gameplay so my inputs are messy compared to when I was using pad/keyboard. I get a lot of misinputs and it felt "slow" because I instinctively let go of the lever to get back to neutral. When you pointed out that japanese levers suck at getting back to neutral, that's when i realized that I'm used to letting the directional input go to get back to neutral due to buttons. And that's when I realized that there are diff kinds of levers and korean levers are ideal for tekken. Thanks for the insights! You deserved a like and subscribe.
@funkrates4778Ай бұрын
20:00 Japanese stick is definitely easier to use for those quarter circles. I don't know why you would say otherwise. Japanese sticks were designed for those games in mind. The lesser tension and ability to use your fingers instead of your hand enables greater dexterity and precision, not to mention that the lesser tension allows for longer game play periods and quicker movements. The only reason someone would use a Korean lever over a Japanese lever is if you play a game that relies heavily on neutral inputs, and to be perfectly honest, the only characters that really require that are Mishima characters. If you can back-dash cancel, then you can do it on any lever. Ultimately, however, the best lever is the one that you are used to (as a general rule). However, Japanese levers are superior to Korean levers in most instances simply because they allow for greater finesse. Square gates do not limit or restrict circular movements as you imply.

i mean, I think its very good. Even tho im still used to sanwa with a 2lb spring. i can do everything i could before, but player 1 has become SOOO much better and back dash on p2 is very easy to perform compared to sanwa. i still struggle with my PEWGF since diagonals are harder to hit and the stick is quite stiff like any korean lever, i used to do them almost every match. @@Mishima_2004

It seems like the only japanese lever that can really bounce and cause a miss input is the hayabusa because the spring is too light, with sanwa it never bounces, it returns to neutral and stays still
@PlantedMedusa2 жыл бұрын

@aquilesca5tr02 жыл бұрын
@@PlantedMedusa you said the opposite, in reality the higher the tension it bounces less
@riahisama11 ай бұрын
@@PlantedMedusa I don't know where you got that theory from but the higher tension springs stop the miss inputs, if something is stiffer it has less room to wiggle around from the rubber band effect.

I switched from Pad to Stick because i want to have more fun at playing fighting games. I have a razer panthera ( old ) with crown m309 , 25g grommet. And a actuator ( didnt measured it ) but if i want to do the kbd motion it doesnt register my db input, and its horrible for me. QCF QCB its no problem, but when i go left and then down it takes so much travel to hit these super small db corner so that im not able to do a constant kbd. Also i have a spring on the grommet can i remove it or does this matter for hitting better kbd. Would be happy if you read this comment.
