This works! Thank you sir! My lock wheels are tighter and I didn't believe it would work, but I followed instructions and used a very bright flashlight and pushed the wheel over a tiny bit, and can see the groove. Perfect thank you!

On a somewhat related note, if you’re sure you know the code but the unlock button doesn’t work, take a look at the reset button. If it’s pressed in and you have the right code on the dial, it means it’s stuck. Give it a smack so that the reset button pops out and you’re good. The video helped me though to make sure I had the right code, didn’t know the grooves are visible :)
