So glad to hear this helped you! I've seen pocket logos on the sides of shirts, closer to the center and up around the collar bone. The X and Y metaphor we use in this video makes things so much easier, regardless of garment size. Stay tuned for more!

One of the things I struggled with starting and there's so many "do this" or "use this tool" for left chests and this is one of the easiest ways I've seen/heard it be explained. A+ video

Thank you. Someone showed me this technique YEARS ago and after seeing so many uniforms with the transfer on the collar bone, in the armpit, middle of the chest I realized this placement can be tricky- WITHOUT A PLAN! Be sure to subscribe for more tips and tricks!

The neck collar as a middle point of the transfer is a game changer. Takes all the guess work out!

It’s so different everywhere you see it.. I go with the first measurement from the shoulder 7” then move it 4” from the center of the shirt. I’ve purchased 4 tools and each one gave something different, until I found my own sweat spot.

That's awesome! Testing is the best way to find what is ideal for our own workflow. As sizes/distance can very this method has been very consistent for me over the years with different pocket logo transfers!

Thank you plain and simple! 7” is what I use.

Very informative! What do you do with Polos with buttons?
@AAPrintSupplyCo6 ай бұрын
Hey there! I would follow the same guidelines for the polo, just be sure to pay attention to the height part depending on the shape of your pocket logo. Also, I use different settings as well for polos depending on the fabric: kzbin.infob1XPUrrrszY

Is there a recommended size for this type of logo like 4x4, 3x3, etc?
@AAPrintSupplyCo8 ай бұрын
Great question: on adult sizes around 4" wide is pretty standard and then the height will ratio out to whatever keeps aspect ratio. If the pocket print is a circle or square I may go a little smaller perhaps around 3.5" width. If the logo is more of a rectangle shape and not an even square I sometimes will drag the width wider to about 4.125" Hope this helps, feel free to send me a file to review for a more specific recommendation: Estevan@aaprintsupplyco.com

This is great, but what about like 3XL and up shirts? Would it be the same measurements?
@AAPrintSupplyCo Жыл бұрын
Hey there! In this video we tried to stay away from providing measurements but rather coordinates. The edge of the collar should always be the middle point of the transfer and the armpit/sleeve stitch will give you an approximate range of height placement. You can use a piece of tape to preview the transfer on the 3X to get a visual before hand and confirm/make any adjustments!

Good day! What film are you using? The time sounds in the correct range but the temperature seems quite low for Fahrenheit. Are we sure that is not Celsius?
@bck4803 ай бұрын
Your thin horizontal logos are still too low. See shirts you're wearing right when the video starts. Still looks a tad low.

Astute observation! Would you believe the direct to garment printed shirt worn in video(that was provided to me) prompted this video to be made to show how it's done the right way?

Hello, this video was more on pocket logo positioning placement. For transfer instructions it is best to always follow the directions of your particular film as settings can vary manufacturer to manufacturer
