This is a really good method and certainly a fun compositional exercise, but -in my humble opinion as a teen composer who has still not learned how to compose- I don't think this can make you achieve a high level of composition since you'll have no experience developing your own original ideas. Furthermore, the pieces written sound in the style of Mozart or of whatever composer you 'borrowed' the melody; any trained composer can tell from where you got insipiration from. Maybe not the piece itself, but we can't really call the result original therefore we can't really say we got away with it. Regardless, love your content and loved tjis video, don't take this little paragraph the wrong way :)

Haha, indeed, despite Kirnberger's words, this is not really a composition method at all! Or at least not if you ever want to learn how to compose by yourself. However, It's a useful tool when It comes to learn how to write variations on a given theme, which is a topic I'll discuss in my next video!

Maybe you could have used the intro and outro piece( Klavierstück in F K. 33B) as an example .I think it is a more fun piece to play around with and change.

Does "antiperiod" mean that it has the PAC in the middle and the HC at the end?
