🤣 it’s so wild right? The US and Aussie Mother’s Day line up, but Australia has a different Father’s Day and that one always makes me hit the panic button when I see US Father’s Day things online!

Loved you video and your May spreads turned out so beautiful! You are so very talented! Thank you for sharing your process with us! I hope you enjoy your bullet journal for May. I did a cherry blossom theme for May since where I live the cherry blossoms 🌸 come out in full force in May. I always look forward to your videos!❤😊❤️😊

What a gorgeous theme idea! I have some cherry blossom stationery too 🥰 I wish we had cherry blossoms here - I think it’s too warm, but our jacarandas give us the gorgeous purple spring in October so I guess it’s our equivalent 😍

Thanks for the video. I’ve been winging it and end up having two pages too much or not enough and having to add a spread after the weeklies and hating it and not using it. I mean using post-it notes is such a simple and logical solution I feel a little bit dumb to not have tough of it😂.

The Ferris Wheel Press inks in the video are normal fountain pen inks. The FWP calligraphy inks are sold in hexagonal bottles and might work better with stamps than fountain pen inks because they have a slightly different consistency (that's the reason you're not supposed to use them in fountain pens because they will clog them)

Hi Erin! Lovely video! I don’t plan anything, I just go for it and make a mess but I enjoy it, it cleanses me I think. You’re looking like a stunning elfin princess btw! Amazing makeup and overall look!

It looks like the inks you were using on the stamps are fountain pen inks, which are water-based, rather than calligraphy inks, which are pigment-based and thus thicker. The thin consistency of the fountain pen inks is great for fountain pens (obviously lol), but they don't work great on stamps. I've never actually tried stamping with a fountain pen ink and did quite like the look you got! But if you want something that will behave a little better, try out one of Ferris Wheel Press' calligraphy inks. You don't want to use a calligraphy ink in a fountain pen, btw, cause it will clog the pen up. I hope that makes sense and doesn't sound rude! I'm a huge fountain pen nerd and had to learn the pedantic differences between product names, so I thought I'd share :)

hi, i noticed that you are having trouble with the fountain pen, you need to angle it at about 45 degrees for the ink to flow properly. :)

Are theses brush markers with acrylic paint? Did you get youre stamps cleaned up? Everytime i draw with acrylic paint it's hard to clean everything up.🎨🖌🧼
@ErinSmith9 ай бұрын
They are indeed - I’m not sure if they use a different consistency to regular acrylic paint to make it flow enough for a pen, but I think they might - I have never had a problem cleaning off my stamps after!
