I think lesson objective should be derived from the middle term planning/ scope and sequence. It should be one statement, you then break the LO into 3 learning outcomes/ learning questions and they should be stated according to blooms taxonomy from simple to challenging

It depends upon your topic..it could be 1 statement or 3..but should not more than 3 objectives.
