Small weddings are very intimate just as well. I too had no entourage just a ring bearer & our God parents was present & close families at the church ceremony. Bc my husband & I were eager to start our lives bc we had a child already & told our parents we didn’t want an elaborate wedding feast. Bu both parents did the reception & closed families & friends were invited & enjoyed the nite of our “Fandango Wedding” later to end at a Continental Hotel weekend. I was very content. My twin was the one a year later that had an elaborate wedding like your sister, that I was so very happy for her & hubby of a beautiful celebration.
