I have learned so many things about this video especially in planning an event and about the components of an event including the importance of its sub-components. I can really tell that planning an event is not a joke and it requires so much time and effort (I have experienced this in school since I'm a member of a student government back in Senior High). The challenges are what makes planning an event or conducting an event stressful especially those variables who are out of your control. But when the event is done and it succeeded you can really inhale deeply and thank God that it goes smoothly. In this video I discovered that my experiences aren't enough because I still have so much to learn. Thank you for this great information I will always remember this and use it someday.

Planning is not easy. You need to consider a lot of things especially the components and under of it. Planning is very helpful and useful in our lives. In planning an event, first set a goal why this need to be happen. For example, "meeting". So in that particular event you must prepare the things needed for that occasion in order to become successful. Next, the venue or the place where to gather together who are your guest to attend, the stage equipment, the sponsor, etc. Your topic to discuss also and the fixed date of meeting when. And after the event "dapat naa man lai pakaon or snacks ba". Then after, clean the venue. Also, in planning an event, manpower is necessary . They are the one who helps and assist the event like installing materials, equipment that is needed for that particular occasion. A smooth planning will lead the event to be a successful one.
