Sir, Could you suggest few credit unions & small banks actively looking for new business loan customers. Banks are sitting on billion of dollars cash hoard & are getting only 2--3 % on CDs & that is not productive for the banks.Sir, Thank you.

Did the REG CF cap recently get raised from $1 million to $5 million or according to your video did the increase get put on hold until March? Also, you mentioned platforms so does that mean we can’t host our own Crowdfunding and need to use an SEC authorized platform?

The Reg CF changes (such as increasing from $1M to $5M cap, removing accredited investor limits, etc.) will go into effect on March 15, 2021. Summary of changes here: crowdwise.org/regulations-and-law/summary-of-sec-final-rules-for-reg-cf-a-d-2020-updates/ And yes - if you're using Reg CF, you must use a crowdfunding intermediary (either a registered broker-dealer or funding portal).

@@CrowdWise Thank you so much for the reply. Do you know where I can find a directory of crowdfunding intermediaries? I know of the popular online platforms (startengine, republic, etc.) but trying to see if there are other alternatives, thank you.

You will have to use a registered CF platform or Broker-Dealer. Unfortunately the rules as written do not allow an issuer to ALSO be a portal operator under REG-CF -- HOWEVER there are about +35 states that do permit a purely intra-state option that might let you host your own raise such as under the "MNvest" law in Minnesota!
