Thanks for this videos but it's kinda confusing because for someone applying for the 309 visa won't have some of these things u mentioned cause they haven't started living with their partner yet so it's not possible to have a joint bank account, utilities, and nature of household

This is a good idea, and well presented - but I don't think it is particularly helpful for the average Partner visa applicant - in this case, the Household and Commitment criteria do not have any particular application. But I would say that the important thing would be for a client to think about all four categories, and make a tentative list before speaking to a Registered Migration Agent - who will be able to supplement and refine the list.

Yes! Absolutely, the way you structure your evidence will not be the same as a more straight forward application but this is not a problem.

can you answer this question please. For evidence couple living together. a letter from the landlord should we uploard it twice because it is also used as nature of the house hold? Or should I upload it to one and hope they put two and two together?

Can you please answer a couple of Questions. I have just put an offshore 309 partner visa in for my wife of three years. How long do I have to upload our evidences? I know we need two stat decs from Australian witnesess. But can we add others testomies to our evidences from people in her country like her family and friends? If so how many would you suggest we should get? Does the sponsor have to give their statement in a stat dec? The applicant can't because they applicant is not Australian citzen or resident yet, Or can the sponsor just have their statment witnessed?

hey I am actually planning to move in with my girlfriend and get married as I will be on a tourist visa, will I be able to lodge an application for the 820 subclass and if I'm just newly married how will I be able to provide all of the evidence for the 820 visa? and say it takes 12 months for the 820 to process, will I get an bridging visa to stay in Australia until a decision is made?

Hi Randolph, we understand that Partner Visa Costs have become very expensive. Unfortunately, the Department of Immigration only allows one-time payment.

Hello, I got familiar with my wife 1 month back, I traveled to her city (my home country), I married her and came back Sydney and applied for 309 visa. It happened quickly and It means: there is no Bill, household, mortgage, mail, housesharing .... . Just we have a Marriage Certificate and Ceremony photos. Will they find any excuse to refuse the visa?

Do you have any advice or videos on how I should bring my daughter to Australia? My husband and I have been married and live in Canada for 10 years. I am Canadian, he's Australian/Canadian Citizen. please my question is; My friend applied for a partner visa subclass 309/100 and have already log in the visa but doing his health check-up, he was tested positive to tuberculosis, now the hospital that Australia sent him for the medical test want to treat me. My question is after the treatment which will last for 6 months, will he still go on with his visa processing or will the positive result of the Tuberculosis affect my visa. I applied for 189 skilled migration. Added my fiancé (did paper marriage) after 2 months and she lives overseas. We don’t have wedding photos, joint bank account or joint properties However, have attached marriage certificate, relationship certificate, general photos of us/ families, chat logs, call logs, video calls screeshots, five witnesses/Affidavit ( 2 from Australia and 3 overseas), relationship statements from both of us. Including Her Ielts, health report and police check. Its been nearly 11 months I lodged mine and 9 months adding her. Immigration has asked financial statement, joint assets. What do you suggest in this case? Your suggestion wold be highly appreciated. 😊
