South shade behind the house is very challenging, full sun in the peak of summer and full shade in the peak of winter - haven’t come across much advice for these conditions

What veggies can I plant in shade? My backyard is shaded out by big trees in neighbouring properties on all sides so I only have full sun in height in summer and then it's full shade during autumn and winter.
