I honestly have been searching for this kind of insight and clarity for years while I was in college. This video has so much valuable info that I will help me narrow down my path to start my marketing career. I am in my post grad phase of trying to land a good job and it’s just as difficult as everyone has been saying. I have been praying and mediating for my next steps. I ultimately knew that I needed some guidance on how my skills would aligned with the roles I was seeking. Long story short, I woke up this morning and I knew I had to sought out some new perspective. Your videos have been the answer that I wished I had sooner. I’ve done this personality before and I am an INFJ-A. I had interview with marketing agency next monday and I am very nervous about it. The hiring manager mentioned about wanting to see whether I am fit to be in their culture, sort of wanting to see my personality too I guess? Amazing video. I do find this true with the roles around me. However as and when you start your marketing career I think you'll be more involved to do something completely out of your zone. Maybe that's the way the industry is structured right now esp. with small companies & teams. The all in one inclusive package is preferred much more than a specialized niche. Could it be that initially one should focused more on exposing themselves with different aspects of marketing and develop/specialize (based on liking) later down the road ...
