Valve should start collaboration with you. Use this high quality videos of current metas as a small academy built in the game itself. Showing many players that every CS player has about 28 skills (reaction time, hand-eye coordination, map knowledge, work under stress, communication, spraying and more) developing trough his career and its just not straightforward pugs with your friends and sometimes someone get really good and hit level 10 on Faceit or a pro contract

In terms of flashes, is that one at triple that you showed the lineup for a good default in terms of getting the timing right for the T peek mid?

You need to throw it pretty much instantly into the round to blind topmid swing from Ts. As soon as you pass ticket you have time to molly ramp and get a flash to throw it immediately.
