I wasn't quite getting it until you showed it in play, but that looks pretty fun! More to my taste than the traditional Solitaire game, I think; I'll try it out sometime.

I always do the solitaires with an explanation prior to beginning play. Sometimes it can be difficult to read the rules, so I try to play the game out so that you can see the rules in action.

The unusual rule for this was vacancies in the foundation could only be filled by the rank of the lectern most card. So in this game it was a Jack. Also this game features up and down rank building with ace going on a king and king going on an ace.

i was quite confused about rules when you were just explaining them, but i instantly go it once you've played the game. If you would actually play the game and explain the rules while you go, the video would be much better!

Suit does not matter when packing cards (stacking them on top of each other) the only thing that matters is rank. You can build cards in upward and/or downward order and you can reverse this order of you have the cards to do so on the 4 piles on the table. Only the topmost card on the table piles can be played. When one is played the card below it becomes legal to play onto the 4 foundation piles. The object is to get the entire deck of cards into the foundations. If you do that, you win. If unable, you lose. There’s also a link in the description where you can play an automated version of this game and you don’t have to constantly think about the rules.
