1:20 Cities being constructed are taken from the left-most filled slot in the player-board. You performed the action correctly, but misspoke. Additionally, fresh-ships are not a requirement for constructed buildings . The target system just needs at least one loyal piece and an empty building slot.

9:24 a small mistake: it doesn’t matter the number of players tied. If N players tie for 1st place, they all count and score as 2nd place. If one player wins 1st place and N players tie for 2nd place, the tied players don’t score.

You had one rule wrong the attacker doesn't get their ships back if they die in the fight , the defender takes them as trophies

At 4:38, you say the lead player plays another card if no one seized initiative or surpassed. Do you just mean that the lead player keeps initiative and leads the next round? Or do you mean they get to play a bonus card at the end of the current round? It sounds like the latter, but I think you meant the former. Can you please clarify?

If nobody has seized or surpassed the place that had initiative keeps initiative and will play the lead card for the next round.

Can you define the term "fresh ships"? You started using it frequently without defining it around 1:30 and lost me.
