Wow, amazing lesson! I know your audience has a mix of skill levels but I hope you will continue to make some of this more advanced content every now and then - this is the kind of stuff that really helps me grow. Thanks!

Great lesson (and pinky workout)! I thought I would never get good tone hitting that B on the seventh fret. Playing it over and over (slowly) and tone is getting better. I'm just happy to get the basic melody.

Matching learning preferences and learning styles is tricky, especially on the web. So many different resources. I'm not sure how I stumbled on to you, David, but I'm glad I did just a few weeks ago when I had to put an end to my mandolin neglect (the guitar was happy it was getting all of the attention, but ...). Free, in depth, 30 minute vids? Something about the delivery (dude, this is cool, you can do this, but use your pinky) just works. Thanks for the content, David, and consider this a 2 thumbs up recommendation.

This is awesome, ive been playing the A section arpeggios as a workout for years but never really thought to use them in a break. Also im on a crazy Jim and Jesse bender at the moment workin on my crosspicking. Great to see how you slipped that in as well! I don't really comment on videos, so i might as well get it all out. Love your tone and playing, Love the mando duet videos, particularly the sweet mando harmonies with john and wayne And come on Mandolin mondays best idea ever, or at least as good as the band name mandolin orange. Much love!

I started playing mandolin a few weeks ago. I have learned more from your videos in the last couple of weeks than anywhere else. Thank you so much! Do you have any videos on right hand technique? By watching different players, it seems there are a various techniques.

That's so great! Glad to help! Don't have a specific video on Right Hand Technique, but we'll make that happen before too long for sure!
