I have this system for the bridge of Ipanema that helps me play in different keys - F#ma7 to B7 = I to IV7, then think up a min 3rd to Ama7 to D7= I to IV7 , then up a semitone, Bbma7 to Eb7 . They're all I to IV changes (of course Ama7 is just F# mi9 (bass will be playing root) what do you think ?

The O in Nova pronounces open, like how you pronounced O in Bossa, not like Oh as you are saying here. It’s Baw-ssa Naw-va.

Not in English. I'm Brazilian and if I'm speaking English, I'll say it with my native pronunciation, but wouldn't correct an American or a Hispanic. Now THEY would have a hard time picking up the ô/ó difference 😂
