after a player made initial meld, and add new melds can that new melds contain wildcard in same turn ?

Yes, you must have initial point count first and the more meld can be placed down with wild cards. However, it is best to hold your pairs and wait to pick the pack and use your wild cards later. FYI there are many table rules. So ask your question also when you play with others how they play. Enjoy playing!
