Good tutorial on how to play normal canasta also as a lot of the rules are the same with some nuances changed (black 3s replace the stop cards, red 3s replace bonus cards, deuces replace small wild, and jokers replace big wild) The only other difference I’ve seen is that some variations only allow you to pick up one card from the deck or require just a single canasta before you go out (for the former rule it requires much more planning since if you discard too recklessly before you can make a canasta you can shoot yourself in the foot and have too few cards to do anything if someone freezes the pile)

oh I should have said he's a cartoon character antagonist of bugs and daffy in a couple episodes pretty funny but bugs plays poker with him search youtube for "Two Pairs Beats a Full House - Bugs Bunny"

This is called floating.If a player discards their last card (you must discard every turn and cannot be floating) but does not have two canastas, the round continues, and that player draws two cards at the beginning of their next turn.
