Even those 4 chords are just so beautiful on the cello. Such a melancholic sound.❤

I‘m currently learning chords and how to improvise This is very helpful thank you Ilse
@ilsedeziah3 жыл бұрын
Great so exciting! Improvising is helped with knowing what’s under your fingers in a chord position. I’ll be doing more on that in the cello club. Come and join for a month and have a couple of group lessons! It’s only $37 for a month. 😀

@@ilsedeziah thank you Ilse for the offer 🙏 maybe one day. I’m currently a student on a budget. My only expenses are food, obligatory health insurance and my Cello teacher. I cannot betray her 😅

Ilse, I found a book of Irish music for violin. Do you know "O'Neill's Irish Music"? 400 pieces; piano & violin, airs, jigs, reels, Hornpipes, song dances and more; says "most of them rare; many of them unpublished"; it is a reprint of 1987 of the 1915 edition. If you don't have I can send to you to take a look so maybe, you can find new ideas for your arrangements.
@ilsedeziah3 жыл бұрын
Hey that’s very kind of you thanks for the offer! I happen to have an original 1915 edition! And yes I’ve just been writing some out for arranging.... always interested in that sort of collection 😀
