I cant get the left hand timing right 😭

I think of it as a group of six (123456) where the right hand plays on 1 3 and 5 and the left hand plays on 1 and 4: it sounds like *duuh duh duh duh, duuh duh duh duh* like the rhythm of carol of the bells. It’s a 2:3 polyrhythm, if you start very slow you’ll be able to at least play it in theory

Try do first note and left hand, then the second now and the left hand, and finally the last note alone

Absolute beginner here, started last week, and this tutorial helped tremendously. But I just have a question : why do you start with the FCF chord with the left hand. Isn't it AEA that comes first in the song ? Sorry, it's been confusing me

I'm pretty sure it does start with FCF. If I remember correctly it fades in.

@@HDpiano Thanks for asking. I've been practising my immortal(Evanessence) and videotape (Radiohead) for about 10 hours. I've spent about a hour with this. It sounds like a horrible mess. (Hangs head in shame...) It looks simple enough, but I'm having terrible trouble with coordinating both hands at the same time. I suppose you get used to it. Like rubbing your head and doing circles on your tummy!. I'm guessing it's going to take months of practice. But i am enjoying it. I prefer your tutorial the most.
