I just love the look of this one! Was a limited run in 2016. Metallic gold, black plastics, nickel hardware, resin wood fretboard. It’s a beauty.

@@DoesItDoom I think my Iommi was done in 2016 as well. It's the 2nd run where the cross inlays go all the way to the 24th fret. It's absolutely flawless in every way. Epiphone have outrun their past as far as I'm concerned. Killer guitars!

And thanks for including a link of the Massachusetts show. I got that VHS on eBay way back in 2003 or 04 and finally transferred and uploaded it to KZbin about a year ago, since whoever else owns hasn’t shared it themselves.

I have really liked the Laney Supergroup cab. That’s what I’m using here. The Orange cabs are solid. I like the G12K100 Orange HP cab. The 2x15’s loaded cabs are pretty rad as well. Sorry, I don’t know any of the official names off hand.

Is it possible to run it through the two notes cab m via the line out of the AOR without the cabinet plugged, bypass the power amp section of the AOR and use the power amp sims of the cab m instead? Is it safe?

No, you need a load on the amp. If you’re looking to run silently, I would get a Captor X or even original Captor, which will allow you to do what you’re after.
