Because this is an other game they need to renegotiate contract to get them within Fortnite with the bean apparence. They only allow Fortnite apparence in Fortnite and bean appearance in Fall Guy.

I'm assuming some of the skins such as the Peely skins and variants. I imagine a mascot costume would be in the works to actually allow the Fall Guys Beans to look more like Peely similar to how LEGO introduced an entirely new piece to better capture Peely's design.
