This is confusing, when it says “use both actions to draw three cards” does it mean: 1. I do both actions and get a third action to gain 3 cards? or 2. I forfeit my 2 actions to instead gain 3 cards?

Thanks for your question, and sorry for any confusion. Your option 2 above is correct. At a cost of both your actions, you may draw 3 cards as your entire turn. Good luck! 😼
