Thanks Roy! I'm glad you found it useful. I usually tend to teach in downward strokes. I then encourage people to find there own rhythm that works for them and perform my own version as an example of that. If you still would like to copy my rhythm, could you please be more specific and tell me which point you would like me to explain?
